NACD Makes Final Determination In Johnny Richards Case

At it’s October 17, 2012 Executive Meeting the Board of Directors of the National Association for Cave Diving through a unanimous vote rejected the petition against termination of convicted NACD instructor Johnny Richards. Under the advice of legal counsel Richards’ termination of membership was made final. The board has made public the attached letter from legal counsel. – Richardsterminationnotice
